Every unit boots from signed firmware, conditions its own power, and reports the moment a door opens. We build for the truck bed, the dust, and the brownout, not the climate-controlled lab. If a component cannot be sourced for ten years, we do not design it in.
Welded steel cabinets, gasket-sealed to IP-67 on field units. 24U and 48U rack frames for fixed-site. Dust, vibration, and salt-fog rated. Cable entries glanded and serial-logged at integration.
On-board power conditioning tolerant of diesel-generator sag and grid brownout. Redundant DC feeds on rack units, hold-up capacitors for clean shutdown, and per-rail current telemetry to the dashboard.
Dual-path uplink with automatic failover between fiber, mesh radio, and LTE. The Uplink Fabric routes around the loss before the pager fires. Every link is metered and replayable to the millisecond.
Deterministic, signed boot chain. A hardware watchdog resets a hung node and logs the cause. No unsigned image will load. Firmware is versioned in the open and rolled out per-site, never fleet-wide at once.
Door, lid, and chassis-intrusion sensors report in real time. Any physical access pages on-call and is written to an append-only log. We know when a cabinet opens before the customer calls.
We will not design in a part we cannot source for a decade. Spares are stocked in Huntsville for every shipped configuration. A dead board is a same-week swap, not a redesign.
